We run regular outreach to whatever setting you are in, for a chat, a listening ear and the offer of support. We bring with us a gift bag containing cake, toiletries, safety information and other small gifts.

We distribute personal attack alarms, safety information, and signpost to local organisations such as specialist sexual health clinics, debt advice, housing support, mental health services and community groups.

Our trained staff are available at the end of the phone for those who would like to continue the conversation whether to talk through specific needs, a chance to offload or to get involved with the well-being activities and trips we run.
